Project Goals:

The Creative Goal was to design the John Hardy website to showcase their harmonious blend of luxury, soulfulness, and meticulous craftsmanship. As users meet the site, it was imperitive to immediately portray the lifestyle of John Hardy by presenting elegantly bold visual storytelling with emphasis on editorial imagery and dynamic layout, all with the focus on user-centered design practices.

UX Goal: to reimagine the existing shopping flow by streamlining product discovery and variant selection while introducing new, engaging features. Key improvements included a condensed product detail page for easier decision-making, alongside lookbooks, upsell opportunities, shop-the-look integrations, and editorial sections. Enhancements to the cart and checkout experience included gifting options, personalized notes, and gift-with-purchase features, all designed to increase usability and drive conversion.
